By using SampleFiles (samplefiles.online), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Service Description

SampleFiles provides free sample test files in various formats for development and testing purposes. All files are generated programmatically and contain safe, non-malicious content.

Acceptable Use

Files are provided for testing purposes only. Do not use for malicious purposes.

• You may use downloaded files for software development, testing, and educational purposes.
• You may not use files for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activity.
• You may not attempt to overload our servers or infrastructure.
• You may not redistribute our files as your own service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SampleFiles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that files will be suitable for any particular purpose or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SampleFiles be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or downloaded files.

Intellectual Property

The SampleFiles website design, code, and branding are our intellectual property. Sample files are generated content and are free to use for any purpose.

Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SampleFiles at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SampleFiles and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taipei, Taiwan.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of SampleFiles shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered in Taipei, Taiwan, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Association of the Republic of China. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, arbitrator, or other competent authority, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceability of any provision in one jurisdiction does not affect its enforceability in any other jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
